Payments must be completed through our approved methods (Wish Money inside Lebanon, Direct Bank Transfer or Pay-by-Link for international clients). Projects begin only after payment confirmation.
We strive for 100% satisfaction. We offer revisions until the project matches the agreed-upon vision. However, completely changing the project scope after work has begun may incur additional fees.
Estimated delivery times are discussed prior to starting. While we are known for lightning-fast delivery, delays caused by late client responses will extend the delivery date.
